I am passionate about supporting people in their personal and professional development. I have a Graduate Diploma in Personal and Management Coaching from UCC as well as a Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from UL. I am accredited to deliver Myers Briggs (MBTI)™ personality preferences and Cappfinity Skills Discovery™ assessments. I have worked in a Higher Education setting for 20 years, helping current and recent graduates achieve their career goals both in the classroom and in one to one sessions.
