About Fintan
Fintan is a multi-disciplined sales professional who is passionate about assisting individuals and businesses to perform to their highest potential. He has over 30 years of experience in leading sales and professional services organisations to achieve sales and delivery targets of technology products and solutions. As well as being a Professional Coach (ICF) and Mentor, Fintan is a practicing psychotherapist/counsellor, a fully accredited member of the IACP with his own practice. He brings his own experience of personal development into mentoring, coaching and counselling relationships to create awareness and the potential for significant growth and transformation for individuals in their relationships and businesses. Educated in France, Belgium, UK and Ireland, Fintan is an excellent communicator, emotionally intelligent and adept at conducting business at senior level in several languages. He has a keen understanding of the dynamics and requirements that arise from rapidly changing situations, environments and cultural differences.
