About John
I am a professional coach, with 35 years experience in leading processes in Adult Education, Personal Development, Meditation, Mindfulness, Group Facilitation and Organisational leadership. Drawing on my professional training in Education, Human Development, Neuro-Linguistic programming and Professional Coaching I work with individuals as they explore where they want to be both personally and professionally, become aware of where they actually are, celebrate their unique giftedness and recognise what may be preventing them from fully flourishing in their life journey. I adopt a non-religious contemplative approach to coaching, because in my experience the essence of coaching is to skillfully create the space for a person to hear their own inner knowing more clearly.
