I partner with organisations and individuals to develop leaders preparing for promotion, stepping into broader leadership responsibility, and navigating career transition. Drawing on more than twenty-five years' experience in senior HR leadership roles, together with over a decade of coaching experience, I understand both the organisational context in which leaders operate and the personal challenges they face as they grow into more senior roles. Having worked alongside executive leadership teams and contributed to promotion, succession and talent decisions, I understand the behaviours organisations value in effective leaders. I believe leadership is deeply human. My coaching provides a calm, structured and confidential space where leaders think clearly, challenge assumptions and translate insight into practical action. Together, we strengthen the mindset, behaviours and confidence that enable leaders to lead with greater clarity, effectiveness and impact.
