About Niamh
**Niamh Hannan, Chartered Psychologist & Executive Coach** Niamh Hannan is a Chartered Psychologist and Executive Coach with over 25 years’ experience supporting individuals, leaders and teams to perform at their best. She works with senior leaders and executives across a wide range of sectors, helping them strengthen self-awareness, leadership impact, communication and relationships, and navigate the challenges that come with increased responsibility and organisational change. Her approach combines psychological expertise with practical, commercially relevant coaching, creating a confidential space where leaders can step back from the demands of the day-to-day, think clearly, challenge their assumptions and make purposeful decisions about how they lead. Alongside her executive coaching, Niamh designs and facilitates leadership development programmes and workshops focused on leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, communication, psychological safety and building strong working relationships. She has worked with leaders in organisations including KPMG, Allianz, Central Bank of Ireland, Arthur Cox, Trinity College Dublin, UCD and Government Departments. Niamh is a Professional Coach (ICF) and the first certified EmC Emotional Connection Master Trainer and Facilitator in Europe.
