About Orla
I am a certified ICF & mBIT Professional Coach and Senior HR Practitioner with 25 years of experience working with people across a variety of industries - Professional & Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Education. I work with professionals who are navigating change or looking to build their confidence. That might mean stepping into a new role, working through a career transition, responding to challenging performance feedback, or managing complex team dynamics. In addition, I also offer a promotion readiness development programme which is a combination of coaching and interview preparation training delivered in a safe and supportive setting. I offer mBIT (multiple brain integration technique) tools to clients to enable them to connect with their heart, head and gut intelligences so decision making feels more aligned with their authentic true self. Giving back to the community is also very important to me and I currently volunteer with Thrive Mental Health services and Women's Shed.
