About Paula

I'm an Executive & Leadership Coach with over 20 years of senior HR leadership experience in the financial services industry. Throughout my career, I worked at the intersection of people, leadership, and business. When I joined my company, it had 65 employees. By the time I left, there were 750. I played a central role in managing that extraordinary growth and balancing commercial goals with human needs, building and leading teams, and supporting leaders through constant change and pressure. I know how overwhelming it feels to carry both professional responsibilities and personal pressures at the same time. I've lived it myself, leading in a fast-paced corporate world while raising three children and navigating all the other challenges life throws at us. Eventually, I chose to step away from the corporate ladder to create a business that helps others find the clarity, balance, and fulfilment I once craved. Today, I help leaders, managers, and professionals stop simply surviving and start living and leading with intention. Through tailored coaching, I guide my clients to make conscious decisions, lead authentically, and align their lives with their values so they can thrive at work and at home without losing themselves in the process.
